Wambtac (wham – be – tack) began as an umbrella company back in 1995, when musician Tom Stein and ghostwriter Claudia Suzanne decided to join forces. It wasn't long before we narrowed our efforts to focus on providing the best and most complete editorial and book-industry services possible to aspiring authors and professional writers.

To fulfill our primary mission, we segmented our services to better address the wide variance of clients who seek out writers, editors, ghostwriters, consultants, agents, publishers, and writing teachers, coaches, and mentors. Over the years we’ve opened (and sometimes closed) Wambtac Web, WC Training, WC Publishing, and Professional Book Writing School -- a truly great idea that simply did not work.
Of course all the way through there was always Tom Stein Live!
Today Wambtac is smaller, more concise, and newly expanded.
