All physical items (not including services such as training classes) purchased from Wambtac.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.PAYMENT
All credit card charges are put through for the full amount of your purchase (regarding online training classes) four days prior to your first class. You will receive an email with a confirmation number and contact information no more than 48 hours after your reservation has been received. For quality control, all reservation requests are processed by hand.CANCELLATIONS
Reservations (for online training classes) must be cancelled five days prior to the first scheduled class, to ensure your card is not charged. If a reservation is cancelled after this period (less than five days prior to the first class) a refund will not be given for that class (other classes not applicable).DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

APPLICABLE LAW
